Lynx is responsible for maintaining all situs address features (primary addresses, secondary addresses, address ranges, annotation) for the entire county. Information is collected from local agencies using a variety of methods that range from paper lists to digital files over ftp on a variety of servers. Lynx was responsible for the initial development of the County’s 450,000 parcel base map, as well as its street network and address point layers in 2005.
