Lynx typically works with small to medium sized local government agencies and has helped hundreds of cities and special districts in the western US for over 30 years. Lynx
has a flexible business model and can expand its resources to support large projects including establishing satellite offices and providing onsite staff for short term project-based engagements. Staff augmentation for onsite GIS development and management is a core sector of our business. Lynx maintains 10 GIS analysts and technicians with experience in ESRI’s ArcGIS software suite, Autodesk’s AutoCAD Map, Microsoft SQL Server, and Latitude Geographics’ Geocortex Essentials. The company maintains and operates GIS and
Survey grade GPS collectors and measuring devices from Trimble and Leica and one E-size
scanner. GIS data management is Lynx Technologies’ core competency and provides a full spectrum of services from a project’s needs analysis, geodatabase design, data development, product development, and knowledge transfer. We also have expertise integrating ESRI’s GIS Product Suite with other business systems particularly for Community Development, Public Works, and Public Safety industries. Several of our clients have asked Lynx to develop their GIS ArcGIS Online presence and we have developed and manage many organizational accounts. Application development within the AGOL space.
