Coordinate Geometry or COGO development of city assets involves the use of legal descriptions and record maps to build content using the metes and bounds. It is a much more accurate method of data entry and requires a complex work flow and specialized technicians. Lynx has built numerous landbase systems for small cities that require this level of accuracy, (typically 1-1 1/2′).
