Strategic Planning

Strategic Planning is a small component of what we offer. What we commonly offer as an alternative to citywide strategic plans is to develop project-level strategic plans that focus on integrating several business systems for a given department. This includes a needs assessment, design and implementation strategies, project scoping, and long-term maintenance.
